It’s Hour of Code week and I can’t think of a better way to spend your Math Minutes this week than to explore the variety of coding resources available! The EY Team can’t wait to see what you create!
How can I spend my Math Minutes this week?
- Create a Megamoji on Hopscotch: https://youtu.be/N4riwuex1YQ
- Build a Snowman on Khan Academy: https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/hour-of-code/hour-of-drawing-code/v/welcome-hour-of-code
- Code.org: https://code.org/learn
- Scratch Jr.: http://www.scratchjr.org/teach.html
Do you know of another coding resource? Leave a comment below and we’ll add it to the list! If you create something, don’t forget to share it with the EY Coordinator at your building!
Happy Coding!
It’s on code.org, and it’s one my faviorite ways (if not my favorite). It’s called code combat. It can be a little tricky, especially when you start in new worlds, but it’s addicting!???
I finished my hour of code! It was so fun! I did my favorite one: flappy code! You can design your own flappy bird game!
I finished my hour of code on the minecraft!
